If you are court ordered to complete either a DJS Evaluation or a Drug / Alcohol Evaluation, you must first complete a questionnaire either at court or in our Clayton office.  After completing the questionnaire, you will make an appointment to meet with a Case Manager to determine if any additional treatment is needed.
