The St. Louis County Justice Services Community Corrections Division offers alcohol
monitoring that requires an ankle
bracelet be worn. In order to ensure compliance
with court ordered sobriety, the SCRAM bracelet continuously tests for
alcohol through transdermal technology.
This program may allow participants to stay out of jail and continue working or attending school. Individuals’ court ordered to participate in our alcohol monitoring program should report in person
to the EHD office with a copy of your court order. Cost to participate is $10 per day,
plus $75 installation fee. $225 is required at time of installation. This includes the first 15 days of
supervision and installation of device.
